Setup problems are nearly always one of four things, and these four details usually identify which:
- Platform and build — MT4 or MT5, and the build number from Help, About.
- Which EA, and whether AutoTrading is on (the button should be green).
- The Experts and Journal tab output from the terminal around the time it went wrong.
- Whether the dashboard URL is listed under Tools, Options, Expert Advisors, Allow WebRequest.
Never send your account password or investor password. Nothing in CopyConnectFX needs one, and no genuine support request will ever ask you for it.
Response time
We aim to reply within one business day. We are a small team in a single timezone, so a message sent over the weekend may wait until Monday. If you have not heard back in three days, reply to your own email to bump it — occasionally a reply lands in spam.

About the business
CopyConnectFX publishes software for MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 traders. It is a software provider only. It is not a broker, not a fund manager, not a signal seller and not a financial adviser. It holds no client money, offers no investment advice and takes no share of anyone's trading.
The software runs on your own computer. We do not have access to your trading accounts, we never ask for account or investor passwords, and we cannot place, modify or close a trade on your behalf even if we wanted to.
