Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

These terms are a legal agreement between you and CopyConnectFX LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, United States ("CopyConnectFX", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the CopyConnectFX software and website (the "Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What the Service is

CopyConnectFX provides (a) Expert Advisor software that copies trades locally between MetaTrader terminals running on your own computer, and (b) a web dashboard that displays monitoring information sent by that software. The dashboard cannot execute, modify or close trades.

3. Trading risk disclaimer

Trading foreign exchange, CFDs and other leveraged products carries a high level of risk and can result in the loss of all invested capital. CopyConnectFX is a software tool only. We do not provide investment advice, trading signals or account management, and nothing on this site is financial advice. You are solely responsible for every trade placed on your accounts, including copied trades and the settings you choose (lot sizing, filters, equity protection, etc.). Test on demo accounts before using real funds.

CopyConnectFX LLC is not a broker, dealer, introducing broker, commodity trading advisor, commodity pool operator, fund manager or investment adviser. It is not registered with the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), the National Futures Association (NFA) or the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and it is not a member of any self-regulatory organisation. We never hold client funds, never take custody of an account, and never place a trade on your behalf from our servers.

Any performance figures shown anywhere on this site — including published track records on Live Results and individual trader pages — are historical results of third-party accounts. Past performance is not indicative of future results. No representation is made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown.

4. Your responsibilities

  • Keep your account credentials secure.
  • Ensure using a trade copier complies with your broker's and (if applicable) your prop firm's rules.
  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes and only on trading accounts you are authorised to operate.

5. Availability

The dashboard is provided on a best-effort basis and may be temporarily unavailable. Because copying runs locally on your machine, dashboard downtime does not stop trade copying; however, we make no guarantee of uninterrupted operation of any part of the Service.

6. Payments, subscriptions and refunds

Every tool has a free plan, and local copying, the Telegram signal copier and the TradeLocker bridge are unlimited on it. If you buy a paid plan, licence or add-on, the following applies:

  • Processing. Payments are handled by Stripe, Inc. under its own terms and privacy policy. We never receive or store your full card number.
  • Pricing. Prices are stated in US dollars and shown, together with any applicable tax, before you confirm a purchase.
  • Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your billing page or by email; cancellation stops future charges and paid features remain active until the end of the paid period.
  • Refunds. A first purchase is covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee; renewals, billing errors and other cases are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
  • Chargebacks. Contact us before disputing a charge with your bank; a dispute over a charge that is not refundable under the refund policy may result in suspension of paid features while it is resolved.
  • Changes. We may change prices or move features between free and paid plans with at least 30 days' notice by email to affected subscribers; a change never shortens a period you have already paid for.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including the EA software and website content, is owned by CopyConnectFX. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use it. You may not resell, redistribute or reverse-engineer the software without written permission.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CopyConnectFX shall not be liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the Service. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The date above reflects the current version.

12. Eligibility and age

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. The Service is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, write to support@copyconnectfx.com and we will delete it.

13. Export controls and sanctions

The software is provided from the United States and is subject to U.S. export control and sanctions laws. You may not download or use it if you are located in, or are ordinarily resident in, a country or region subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions, or if you appear on any U.S. government restricted-party list. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply where you are.

14. Copyright complaints (DMCA)

Traders publish their own account results through the Service. If you believe material on this site infringes your copyright, send a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act to support@copyconnectfx.com identifying the work, the URL of the material, your contact details, and a statement made under penalty of perjury that you are authorised to act. We remove infringing material and terminate repeat infringers.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and the federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and each party consents to that jurisdiction. Nothing here removes any right you have under the mandatory consumer law of your own country.
